The Humane Society has had a really hard year and it's only March but there is a way you can help.

The Humane Society is holding their Growing Smiles fundraiser, if you enjoy gardening or just plants and flowers in general then this is a perfect way for you to get what you need or want while supporting the Humane Society all in one. 

We spoke with the president of the board for the Humane Society Kaylee Vanbeselaere and she has the details about what they have this year.

"There are flowers succulents vegetables herbs all sorts of things on there." 

They even made it easier for you to order from the comfort of your home.

"You just order online with a credit card you go right on to their website and it will be delivered and there is a pick-up date. the last day to order is April 20th and pick up for the plants will be May 5th."
