Oungre Memorial Regional Park is set to kick off April with its annual Dr. Brown Supper and Auction fundraiser. Committee member, Loran Tosczak shares the details.

“Every year we have our annual fundraising supper and auction, so we will have a live auction, a silent auction, a dutch auction, and a supper. We have Name that Tune in between breaks so that will be fun.”

The fun and games will continue with attendees encouraged to dress up in their best costumes.

“We picked a decade theme this year it can be any decade. It could be a poodle skirt; I might be rocking my early 2000s windbreaker suit from high school.”

New to the event this year is a Ukrainian supper complete with delicious perogies, cabbage rolls, and sausage.

The doors will open at 4 p.m. on Saturday, April 6 and supper will begin at 5:30 p.m. Tickets are $40 each, to reserve your spot call Melissa at (306)456-7655. The committee will accept donated auction items until Friday, March 29th. You can view the list of auction items on the Dr. Brown Fundraiser – OMRP Facebook group.
