The Weyburn Police Service is looking for some help from the public in finding a vehicle that was involved in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of Government Road and Souris Avenue this past Saturday.

“Both were travelling east and then the one vehicle that sideswiped the other one turned south on Government,” explained Constable Preston Roy. He added the vehicle that caused the sideswiping didn’t stop.

The vehicle that continued from the scene is described as a blue, 4-door car, with what appeared to be an elderly woman driving. Police are trying to get in touch with the driver to find out what happened, and why they didn’t remain at the scene. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Weyburn Police Service.
