The Beavers started the tournament on Friday with a game against North Battleford. The Beavers took the game with a final of 11-3, as Connor Kerr, Bryker Smith and Owen Klein combined for the win on the mound.

The Beavers then were back on the diamond Saturday, taking on the Prince Albert Royals. Weyburn picked up their second win of the tournament, topping the Royals 4-3. Vlad Szczecinski and Silas Stein worked the mound in the game.

The third day of the tournament started off with a matchup against the host team from Swift Current. The Beavers would go back and forth with the 57’s, ultimately winnings 11-10, setting themselves up for a game against Muenster for the gold medal.

In the final game, the Beavers came away with an 8-6 victory, after being up 7-0 at one point. Connor Kerr, Keaton Husband, and Morgan Lacoste were the pitchers for the final game.

The season is now wrapped up for the Beavers, who will remember this year they were the best team in the province.
