It's getting down to crunch time for Evan Littlejohn.

The new Deputy Fire Chief in Weyburn will begin his new role on Monday and still does not have a place to live in our city.
Weyburn Fire Chief Steve Debienne says, "he's still looking for a rental property, with coming into Canada, he can not purchase a house at this time until he gets some credit built up. It needs to be pet friendly as the only real thing he is bringing back across is his dog."
Littlejohn will depart from Texas tonight and is expected to arrive in Weyburn in a few days.
