A unique opportunity for Radville’s Macy Liebreich. She has been selected to represent Canada at the World Angus Forum, being held in Scotland this June. The announcement was made at the Guiding Outstanding Angus Leadership conference in Edmonton this past weekend.

Liebrich is looking forward to taking part in the event.

“It’s a once in a lifetime kind of opportunity, especially because the World Angus Forum moves around every four years, and Scotland is kind of the birthplace of the Angus breed,” she explained.

Liebrich, who is well known in the area for her time with the Weyburn Gold Wings, as well as working with the Junior Achievement program at the Weyburn Comprehensive School, is working on her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of British Columbia.

There are three others from Saskatchewan who will be part of the Canadian team. Wade Olynyk from Goodeve, Katie Wright of Melfort and Maguire Blair from Drake were also selected. They will join eight others from across the country at the forum, which will be held June 21st to 26th in Edinburgh, Scotland.
