The Weyburn Young Fellows will be celebrating 100 years of service to our community tomorrow evening at Jubilee Park, with a Centennial Concert  featuring live music by Dan Cugnet, Brayden King, Tenille Arts, and Hunter Brothers.

One of the organizers, Todd Bedore, said the tickets are almost entirely sold out, and can now only be purchased online, and there will be no tickets available at the gate.

"Glenn Rogers is going to be our emcee for the day, and he's going to start about 5:45 with entertainment starting shortly after that, so that'll be exciting," said Bedore.

He said all ticket holders will be receiving an email containing information about parking and what to bring to the show.

"Lawn chairs blankets bug repellent sunglasses, hats, ID, tickets, a light jacket or sweater, umbrella if the forecast calls for rain. Bring some cash, as we'll have some food vendors."

Since no parking will be allowed in the Spark Centre / Weyburn Leisure Centre parking lot, ticket holders can also take advantage of a shuttle service.

"You can park in the mall parking lot and we shuttle services from there if you like," he said. "We'll have accessible parking available around the venue, and general public parking will be kind of all over the venue on the north side and east side."

Security will be checking bags at the gate for any contraband, there will be more than 20 port-a-potty units for easy washroom access, and five food service vendors.

Bedore said the YF Head of Facilities, Duane Walkeden, was able to source from local businesses all of what they need to put on the big show.

"You'll see the great community support we got through that at the show, on the donation board," he noted. "The community just came forward for us."
