Some southeast highways are closed as of Tuesday morning, some have "travel not recommended" status, and some are merely listed as having "winter conditions."

Most rural Weyburn SECPSD buses have also been cancelled this morning.

Highways around Estevan and Weyburn are listed under the "travel not recommended" designation by the province's Highway Hotline as of 5:14 a.m.

A closure was reported on highway 35 north of Weyburn, due to a truck being stuck on the road.

Highway 47 a little north of Stoughton is closed, along with 9 a little north of Carlyle, 48 between Highways 47 and 9, and the Trans-Canada from around Regina to Highway9.

Icy sections with loose snow, snow drifts, and zero visibility are reported in areas where highways are closed. 

Areas with "travel not recommended" status are listed as having icy or slippery sections, swirling snow, drifting snow, and zero visibility.
