At least 100 communities in Saskatchewan have declared states of emergency resulting from severe weather this summer. So to help, the Canadian Red Cross has started up a toll free line for Saskatchewan residents to call and see if they're eligible for assistance. Until the 29th, lines are open from 5 in the afternoon until 9 in the evening during the week, and from noon to five on weekends. Messages can be left at any time. The Red Cross has been working with other authorities since these disasters began.
