Recently RCMP conducted and investigation of human bones found on the shore of Moosomin Lake, east of Regina.
It turns out the bones are that of an adult, aboriginal male.... but from five-hundred to one-thousand years ago that's according to analysis conducted by a forensic anthropologist.
The remains will be turned over to the Heritage Conservation Branch of Saskatchewan Tourism, Parks, Culture and Sport for proper reburial.
