Spring is right around the corner and that means baseball season is inching closer.

"We are under the 100 day mark from when we're starting our season," said Jordan Szczecinski of the Beavers board. "Tickets are on sale, we've got the adult and the senior season passes, as well as our flex packs."

Tickets are available at Knight Dodge and Barber Motors, as well as the Beavers Facebook page, and are $158 for adults and $120 for seniors.

"This year, our new promo that we rolled out is the Beaver Bucks," said Jordan. "So for every purchase of a season ticket, you're going to earn a certain amount of Beaver Bucks. Once the season hits, you can redeem those Beaver Bucks in our beverage shack and our merchandise shack."

Jordan also noted that tickets will be available at the open house that will be running this Saturday, March 18, from 11-2 at Knox Hall.

"We're doing that in conjunction with Weyburn Minor ball. They are going to do an equipment exchange, some demoing, you can sign your kid up for minor ball and they'll have answers to any type of minor ball questions you could have, as well, we'll have answers for all your Weyburn Beavers questions."

You can follow the Weyburn Beavers on their Facebook.
