There have been eight more recoveries of COVID-19 in the province, bringing the provincial total of recovered cases to 1,265 individuals. Additionally, there have been five more cases of COVID-19 reported in Saskatchewan. 

These new cases bring the total number of reported cases in the province up to 1,450 and the total active cases to 165.

At this time there are thirteen individuals in the hospital due to the virus. Eight people are receiving inpatient care, three in Saskatoon, one in Regina, three in the South West, and one in South Central. There are also five individuals in intensive care, three in Saskatoon, one in the North Central region, and one in the South West.

A majority of cases in the province are through community contact, including mass gatherings.

Yesterday, 1,297 COVID-19 tests were performed in Saskatchewan.

To date, 113,045 COVID‐19 tests have been performed in Saskatchewan. Saskatchewan’s per capita rate is 82,021 people tested per million while the national rate is currently at 118,327 people tested per million population.
