Another court appearance for three of the individuals involved in the homicide investigation stemming from a January 4 incident. While none were actually present at Weyburn Provincial Court, all were represented by lawyers.

Twenty-four-year-old Kegan Muxlow had his case moved ahead. He is charged with second-degree murder as well as an additional attempted murder charge. Muxlow's lawyer was present via telephone and the case was adjourned until May 28. At that time, Muxlow's preliminary hearing date will be set.

Two of the three women charged after the fact also represented on Tuesday. Chevonne Olson was represented by legal aid before Hon. Judge M.T. Beaton and her case was also adjourned for two weeks. Her next appearance will be on May 28, where they will choose the date of her preliminary trial and elect the Judge as well.

Emily J. Bedore was also due in court and was represented via telephone. Her case was also adjourned until May 28. Both Bedore and Olson are facing charges of accessory after the fact, obstruction of justice and unauthorized possession of a firearm.

Two of the other men involved in the investigation already have their preliminary hearings set. Twenty-three-year-old Dominick Hawkes entered a not guilty plea and will be back in Weyburn Court on November 5. As well, 25-year-old William McLeod will be in court that day as well after he also entered a not guilty plea.
