Also from Weyburn is Cordel Larson. Larson notched six points, playing in eight games during the postseason.

Drew Englot is originally from Candiac, but played minor hockey here in the Opportunity City.  He recorded two points in the nine games.

Milestone’s Nolan Renwick also played some of his minor hockey in Weyburn. Over the course of the postseason, he had 13 points, including nine goals, in eight games played.

Kade Nolan from Rouleau rounds out the contingent of Hounds with Weyburn connections. He picked up an assist during the playoff run.

The Hounds are now off to the western regionals, which are scheduled for Thunder Bay. They will take on teams from Manitoba, Northern Ontario, and the host team from Thunder Bay. The regionals begin April 5th.
