32 year old Aaron Katschke of Weyburn plead guilty yesterday in Pembroke, Ontario of charges of theft, committing mischief and obstructing a police officer.

Katschke received a suspended sentence.

Ontario police say on October 19th, Katschke was dropped off in Petawawa.

Police say Katschke had been taking a bus to Saskatchewan when he got into an argument with the driver who then refused to allow him back on board.

Police say Katschke was walking around the area when he came upon a farm and proceeded to take a truck with a horse trailer attached.

Upon the arrival of the police, Katschke provided a false name and information.

Katschke had no prior criminal record so the Ontario Justice System
