The Saskatchewan High School Athletic Association’s boys’ volleyball championships for the 1A to 4A classifications are being held this weekend. There will be a number of tournaments across the province, with the southeast region being represented in three of them.

The 3A provincial championship is being held in Oxbow and Carnduff. Both of those schools will be playing for the title, as well as Kipling.

The 2A championship is being held in Kinistino and Melfort. From the southeast, Montmartre and Wawota advanced from the regionals to the tournament.

There are two more teams from the southeast in the 1A tournament. Rouleau and Arcola are in Lake Lenore and Middle Lake for the tournament.

Play begins in all of the provincial tournaments at noon Friday, with the round-robin continuing through Saturday morning. In the afternoon on Saturday, the medal round will be played.
