Derrick Pouliot 

 

After returning from the Czech Republic with a gold medal in the Ivan Hilinka Tournament Weyburn's Derrick Pouliot is now on his way to Toronto.

Pouliot will be heading back east for the NHL's Research, Development and Orientation Camp where the top rated players for next years' NHL Entry Draft are brought out to scrimmage to give the NHL a chance to try out some possible new rules.

Pouliot is a Defenseman with the WHL's Portland Winterhawks.
