The Pee Wee Tier 5 Weyburn Beavers dropped their first two games Friday to get the provincial tournament started at Jubilee Park.

In game one, the Beavers fell 4-3 to the Regina Buffaloes. Adam Charlton and Asher Knox shared the pitching duties. In game two, the Beavers fell 24-17 to the Saskatoon Blue Jays. The Beavers racked up 14 hits in the game.

Next action is Saturday afternoon at 2:30 at Jubilee Park, Diamond 6.
