Jack Medwed, late of Weyburn, Saskatchewan passed away Friday, March 8, 2013 at the age of 69 years.  A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at 2:00 PM from Knox Presbyterian Church, Weyburn, SK with Reverend Bob Wilson and Reverend John Ferrier officiating.  Interment to follow to Green Acres Memorial Gardens, Weyburn, SK.  Donation in memory of Jack may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.  Condolences may be left at www.fletcherfuneralchapel.com
