Halloween in the Park is happening again this year at Mainprize Regional Park, this Saturday afternoon.

Here's Business Manager Donna Frank with the details:

The event will run from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. so kids can come out, dress up, and those who want to hand out treats will have a balloon on their door.

"We typically get between 50 and 80 kids come out, and then the people who live in the cabins here or live in the park here can go from campsite to campsite, door to door," explained Frank.

"Often because we do have a golf cart bylaw here, parents are taking the kids around on the golf carts, which you don't get to do in October," she added.

"Anybody can come. Bring your kids around, you know, and they'll get treats. So everyone is welcome."

This year, they're holding the event on a Saturday, as opposed to on a Friday, but Frank noted more will likely be able to attend on Saturday.
