The Weyburn Beavers will have to wait even longer for their home opener. It has been cancelled today due to the rain and wind.

The Beavers were to face the Melville Millionaires today. Their home opener was originally set for Friday against the Regina Red Sox, however, that also had to be cancelled due to the rain.

Today's Bantam baseball tournament has also been cancelled due to the inclement weather.
