Saturday saw some Weyburn minor teams take to the ice.

Luke Niemegeers scored a hat trick helping the Weyburn Streamline Midget AA Wings to a 5-1 home-ice win over Melville Saturday.

Matt Anderson and Mitchell McDonald also found the net for the Midget Wings, who will entertain Moose Jaw Sunday at 3:15 at Crescent Point Place.

In Bantam AA action, the Weyburn Crescent Point Wings falling 7-0 Saturday night to the North East Wolf Pack in Tisdale.

The Bantam AA's now look for a win Sunday afternoon as they travel to Leroy to take on Humboldt.
