City Councillor Nancy Styles says, "I can't tell you how excited I am that it is coming to the City. A committee has been struck by the Mayor, and Dick Michel and I are on that and Isabelle Butters, and we will be meeting soon and we will be talking about all the in's and out's of where we are going to put it and what we are going to do."

Styles says it is very exciting and a good way to honour Tommy Douglas. Styles adding she thinks Weyburn is very fortunate that an artist of such great calibre would do this for the City.
