After the U.S. has decided to lift some restrictions

The U.S have temporarily lifted the requirement that U.S passports be used for citizens flying to and from Canada, Mexico, The Carribean and Bermuda.

Souris-Moose Mountain MP Ed Komarnicki says since the U.S is starting to feel overwhelmed, it may have a trickle down effect for Canadians going into the United States.

The U.S. have extended the deadline for travellers to have passports by 6 months, and Komarnicki adds he hopes the U.S. looks at possibly extending the same for Canadians travelling to the States.
