Prairie Sky Co-op will hold their Annual General Meeting on Tuesday at the Royal Canadian Legion.

Member Relations Manager Andrea Bell says if you’re a member, you have a vote.

“As a member of Prairie Sky Co-op you are also an owner. As an owner, you have one share and one vote,” she said. “This helps your Prairie Sky Co-op serve common interests of all members in our communities. So come on out to the AGM on April 30th and use your vote to help elect your board of directors.”

The evening will include an election for which members will vote.

“We have a couple of spots open and we have enough candidates to hold an election, so it'll be exciting. We'll do reports and let them all know what we've been up to the past year and then the election will be on the board of directors.”

She shared the agenda for those who would like to participate in the meal prior to the meeting.

“Supper is at 6:15 so we can get everyone set. The meeting starts at 7:00,” she said. “There'll be a few reports on what we have been up the past year, including board management, finance, and then we elect a new board of directors this year.”

Supper tickets are $10 and are available at any Prairie Sky Co-op location.
