An oil production education conference is taking place in Weyburn next week to help inform people who are curious about the industry.
The Weyburn Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the one day conference on Wednesday, November 20th from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Travelodge Hotel. Participants will gain an understanding of the basic steps, technology and people involved in getting petroleum resources from the ground to the consumer.
A $250 dollar fee plus GST includes all materials, refreshments and lunch.
There are a limited number of seats left so call the Chamber office to register as soon as possible.
