The Tumornators are looking to crush their fundraising goal and raise some money for Relay for Life.

Rebecca Mondor is one of the seven team members on the Tumornator.

"Our goal is $700, but the more the better," said Mondor. They are hoping to raise at least $100 per person.

The team is holding a car wash and wiener roast at Barber Motors on Saturday, May 27 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. It is $10 for a car wash, and $15 dollars to have the vehicle vacuumed.

"While your car is getting washed you can get some hot dogs, all the money goes towards the Canadian Cancer Society," said Mondor.

Since the first event in 1999 Relay for Life has raised $500,000,000 for the Canadian Cancer Society, the money goes towards supporting families going through cancer treatments and also helps with research.
