Mountain, Ed Komarnicki discussed what will be on the agenda for Legislators in the coming months

"We're going to be focused on the economy and again the the rail and freight service s going to be an important issue, accountability will be on the agenda as well and I think the immigration area will be a very interesting one to watch, I know the Minister has indicated he wants to make it far more expeditious to bring in skilled people to fill the many positions we have, in order for our economy to proceed how it should we will need a lot of skilled people that we can't fin from within the country."

He also commented that the Government received much feedback from his riding on the Nexen Oil takeover by China.  Many industry people are concerned about state owned enterprises becoming involved in our resource sector.
