"Earth Day" has come and gone.

Here in Saskatchewan, residents were asked to turn off their lights between 8:30 and 9:30 in the evening on Saturday.

According to SaskPower spokesman, Larry Christie, little to no change was noticed in Saskatchewan during "Earth Hour."

Which according to Christie means Saskatchewan residents are always thinking "green."

Christie notes all day Saturday the power load across the province decreased as "Earth Hour" approached.

Christie adding the SaskPower web site is a place we can go if they would like to continue on the path to staying or going "green."
