'Tis the season of giving and South East College is looking for anyone with the giving spirit. They're holding their annual food drive for the Salvation Army Food Bank but they won't just be competing amongst the campuses in the southeast this year.

Anyone is welcome to bring in a donation according to Sheena Onrait, manager of marketing and communications for the college.

"We're not doing an inter-college campus competition this year," explained Onrait. "We've done that the last couple years so we decided to change it up a bit this year."

She said they encourage anyone to stop in at the local college campus to donate non-perishable food items to the Food Bank. With each donation, the college is giving away a prize ballot. At the conclusion of the food drive on December 19, the college will draw one winner for a prize.
