The RCMP have released the name of the man charged in the fatal rollover near Pipestone, Manitoba early Friday morning. The incident involved four men from the Weyburn area. 

Police have charged 23-year-old Zachary Olmstead with impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing death, and impaired operation of a motor vehicle causing bodily harm. He was released from custody on Friday, and is scheduled to be back in court in Virden on September 17th.

The charges stem from a single vehicle rollover around 4:00 a.m. Friday morning, eight kilometers east of Pipestone, Manitoba. RCMP say the accident happened when the pick-up truck driven by Olmstead rolled into the ditch.

A 39-year-old passenger was pronounced dead at the scene, while two other passengers, men aged 27 and 32, suffered minor injuries. Olmstead was not injured in the accident.
