With just 19 games remaining on the schedule for the Weyburn Red Wings, they have made one final roster addition. The team has brought in forward Tyler Leibl (00) to join the mix.

Leibl has spent the past two seasons playing for Shawinigan Lake School Prep in the Canadian Sport School Hockey League. In 36 games last season he totalled 24 goals and 37 points in 34 games played.

"Tyler will bring some speed and a good release to our lineup. He had great numbers last year with Shawinigan Lake Prep. He led his team in goal scoring and we are excited to see what he can contribute to our roster," said Red Wings GM Tanner McCall. "Obviously he will have some catching up to do with it already being mid-January, but he will adjust and be just fine."

The CSSHL is a 15-team prep hockey league for midget aged kids. The league is based mostly in British Columbia, with a few schools from Alberta as well.

The Del Mar, California native is unlikely to suit up for the pair of games this weekend, but will be in the mix moving forward.
