The Midget AA John Hulbert Construction Wings returned to their winning ways Monday. Just 24 hours after a 3-1 loss to the Regina Vics, they bounced back and picked up a 5-2 victory over the Capitals in Regina.

The win improves the season record for the Wings to 14-4-2 on the year. They are seven points back of the first place Regina Rangers and have seven games in hand.

Weyburn saw scoring from across the lineup. Todd Johnson, Mitchell McDonald, Braden Birnie, Rylan Neiszner and Ty Stadnick scored for Weyburn. In the crease, Jaxon Robertson picked up the win.

Weyburn has now won eight of the last nine games. They will look to continue to improve the record on Saturday when they travel to Lumsden.
