There were four games scheduled for the SJHL Tuesday night, but only three were able to be played.

The Nipawin Hawks were to host the Flin Flon Bombers at Centennial Arena, however, the Bombers weren’t able to make the trip. Issues with the Bombers bus forced the postponement of the game. No makeup date has been scheduled as of yet.

The Kindersley Klippers began a north-south road trip in La Ronge Tuesday night. The Klippers would come on top at the Mel Hegland Arena, doubling up the Ice Wolves 4-2. The Klippers now make the trek to Wilcox to play Notre Dame Wednesday night, and then Weyburn Thursday.

The Estevan Bruins were on the road, travelling to the Farrell Agencies Arena in Yorkton for a game. The Terriers would win the game 3-2 in overtime.

The back and forth affair saw the Terriers tie the game up with just 1:08 left on the clock, as Colby Brandt scored on the power play. In the extra period, Cody Bruchkowski would then score at the 1:46 mark to give the Terriers the win.

In the Battlefords, the North Stars played host to the Humboldt Broncos. The game would be a goaltending duel, with the Broncos emerging with a 2-1 overtime win on the road.

Neither team was able to find the back of the net until the third period when Matthias Urbanski broke the deadlock for the North Stars. Owen Guenter then tallied for the Broncos to tie the game up 1-1.

In overtime, Logan Foster would score for the Broncos, giving them the win.

There is just one game on tap tonight in the SJHL, as Kindersley is in Wilcox to play Notre Dame.
