The first night of the Borderline Fastball League Playoffs wrapped up Wednesday night.

The Weyburn Shehawks are off to the next round. They beat the Midale Knockouts 19-7 at Tom Laing Park.

The Weyburn Queen Bees topped the Fillmore Foxes 15-4. The game was played at Jubilee Park.

In the other opening round game Wednesday, the Ceylon Devils held off the Pangman Peaches for a 5-4 victory.

The second round will be played on Friday. The games will see the Shehawks taking on the Ceylon Devils at Jubilee Park. Meanwhile, at Tom Laing Park, the Queen Bees will take on the number one seeded Weyburn White Lightning. Both games start at 7:00 p.m.

The playoffs culminate with a tournament on Sunday at Tom Laing Park. The Games start at 9:00 a.m.
