It was a tough way for the Toronto Blue Jays to have their winning streak snapped, as they were routed 10-6 by the Atlanta Braves Tuesday night. The Braves jumped out to an early lead, putting six runs on Jays starter Mike Bolsinger in 4 ⅔ innings. Bolsinger after the game took the blame for the loss, calling his performance unacceptable.

The Jays did try to rally back as Justin Smoak hit a two-run shot in the ninth inning, but it was too little too late for the Jays. Also driving in runs were Jose Bautista and Devon Travis.

The Jays will face the Braves again Tuesday night, as the interleague series between the two 1992 World Series rivals continues. The Jays will be sending Marco Estrada to the mound, while the Braves counter with Jaime Garcia.
