It was a tough loss for the Saskatchewan Roughriders in Winnipeg. The Riders lost 31-0 to the Blue Bombers Saturday afternoon.

"It was one of those inexplicable losses where, again, you have too many errors early in the game, gives them great momentum, and tough to overcome when you're on the road," Riders Head Coach Chris Jones told reporters after the game.

Jones defended his team, saying if anyone was to blame for the loss it was himself.

"We got a good football team. We've won the second most games in the league and not by accident."

The Riders will look to redeem themselves next Saturday when they head to Calgary to take on the Stampeders.
