Back and forth action, with overtime to decide the winner at Crescent Point Place Wednesday night, as the Bantam A Knight Dodge Wings took on the Regina Cougars in game two of the Hockey Regina Bantam League semifinals.

It would be the visitors who came out on top, though, winning 4-3 to take the best-of-three series in two games.

The Wings took the lead late in the first period when Donavin Mellon scored with 3:15 left on the clock. The assists on the goal were credited to Greysen Goudy and Darien Herlick.

Mellon then added to the lead in the second period. He would find the back of the net at the 8:35 mark of the period, assisted by Caden Dennis.

The Cougars would reply before the end of the period, as Rhett Hornoi got the puck past Charlton Adam, making it 2-1 for the Wings.

The two-goal lead would be restored shortly after, as Evan Barsness scored an unassisted goal with 3:03 remaining in the second.

In the third period, the Cougars applied pressure and were able to get a goal late as Elias Cochrane scored with 3:23 remaining. Then, just over a minute later, Regina was able to tie the game up as Finley Scott scored with just under two minutes on the clock.

In the final minutes, no one was able to score, forcing overtime between the two teams.

In the extra period, Stephen Kang scored for the Cougars to complete the comeback, giving the Cougars a 4-3 win.
