The Mattel toy company is asking you to look in your child's toy box.

A recall has been put in place this week for numerous toys due to paint on them that contains lead.

According to the Sun Country Health Region some of the toys also contain small magnets that could fall off and be choked on.

The toys include some Sesame Street, Cars, Batman and Polly Pocket items.
