The Weyburn and District Hospital Foundation is organizing a Mexican themed event called "Let's Fiesta" on Saturday, April 1st.

The event will be held at McKenna Hall, to help raise money for the new hospital being built in Weyburn.

Whitney Johnson, Office Manager with the Weyburn and District Hospital Foundation, said that local entertainment, Alfredo, will start off the evening.

"Afterwards, we'll have supper, which will be a taco and churro bar. There'll be an 11-piece mariachi band from Regina as well."

She added there'll be 50/50 available, as well as a silent auction, and it'll be a fun evening for everyone. Tickets are $75 each, and they can be purchased at Pharmasave Weyburn or the Foundation office.

"We also have sponsorship opportunities available, so people can contact the office if they're interested in that," Johnson explained.

Cocktails will start off the evening at 5:30 p.m., with supper at 6:30 p.m., and entertainment to follow at 8:00 p.m.
