Every year hundreds of Weyburnites head north on Highway 35 to take in the Mohr's light show.

Kurt Mohr and his wife, Susan, spend days preparing the incredible light show. Every December, they start it up and roughly 4,000 lights dance to the music that is playing.

It's a magical event that starts every night at 6 p.m. and runs until 11. The show may be roughly 30 minutes long but, according to Mohr, it takes roughly 4 to 5 hours of programming for every minute.

But it's worth it!

For those who head outside of town to take in the light show (it's not far!), they are encouraged to pull in to the yard, turn their lights off and tune in to 88.1 FM. Then, enjoy as the magic unfolds!

"Everyone is welcome to drive in and park in the yard," said Kurt Mohr. "Much safer for everyone rather than parking on the side of the highway. Also, drive slowly in the yard. In the past kids have gotten out of the vehicles and danced to the music."

The show kicked off earlier this month and will continue until January, with the last show running on January 1st.

This one is definitely a must-see this holiday season!
