Harvest is estimated at 82 per cent complete overall across the Prairies.

The Canadian Wheat Board says scattered light to moderate precipitation covered parts of Manitoba, southern Saskatchewan and most of Alberta early last week, slowing harvest progress.

Temperatures remained above normal in Manitoba and Saskatchewan, but dipped below normal in Alberta.

Harvest had resumed in most areas by the middle of the week.

The current forecast suggests that good weather will continue this week, allowing harvest to near completion in most regions.
