Brokenshell Parks and Recreation will kick off its 1st Annual Trossachs Times this Saturday.

The day will be jammed packed with events for the whole family to enjoy. Spectators will be able to take in a car show, tradeshow, farmer’s market, and multiple activities for the kids to enjoy.

“We’re planning an entire family day, there will be something for the kids, something for the moms, and something for the dads,” said Lana Szabo-Cleveland, President of Brokenshell Parks and Recreation. “We’ve got face-painting, bouncy castles with a mega slide, a trade show, and a car show.”

Szabo-Cleveland shared that last year the park’s board decided to have a fun day for the kids with music and activities. With that event going over well, this year the board decided to expand by providing some fun for the whole family, including a junior car show for the kids 12 and under.

Spaces are still available for rent, to be a vendor at the tradeshow contact Lana at (306) 891-9660.

Doors will open at 11:00 a.m., and the tradeshow and farmer’s market will run until 4:00 p.m. There will also be a barbeque and a concession available. Cash will be required, as there is no available ATM in Trossachs.
