Blue Jays pitcher Roy Halladay wasn't feeling to good watching his bullpen blow antother lead last night.

Halladay went 8 and 2/3rds of 1 run ball before giving up 2 singles in the bottom of the 9th to Detroit.

The Jays brought in Casey Janssen to close the door but he couldn't record an out, in the Tigers 5-4 win last night.

Halladay was an out away from his 5th straight complete game for Toronto.

The Jays the tragic number is 5 games, any combination of Yankee wins or Jays losses will officially eliminate them from post-season contention.

Toronto will open up a 3 game series against New York this afternoon from Rogers Centre as the Yanks lead in the American League Wildcard is 3.5 games over Detroit while Toronto in 9 back.

The Jays send 12-5 Shawn Marcum to the mound.

You can catch the game on your voice of the Blue Jays AM 1190 starting at 5.
