It was another tough outing for the Toronto Blue Jays.

 

The Jays fell 9-2 to New York last night in the first game of a 3 game set at Rogers Centre.

Jason Giambi hit his 12th career grand slam for New York who now have a 4 game lead on Detroit in the American League Wildcard, the Jays are 10 back.

Toronto will look to turn things around this afternoon as 10-8 Dustin McGowan gets the start on the mound.
