Benjamin "Ben" Adam Boehm, late of Weyburn, Saskatchewan born on July 31, 1989 and passed away Monday, February 4, 2013 at the age of 23 years.  A Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday,  February 12, 2013 at 2:00pm from Grace United Church Weyburn, Saskatchwan with Reverend M.
