The Saskatchewan government investing money into southern Saskatchewan provincial parks. In all, $7.8 million is budgeted for upgrades to parks in 2019-20.

Here in southeast Saskatchewan, the money is going to ongoing upgrades to washrooms, docks, day-use facilities and signage. As well, there are boat launch upgrades planned for Moose Mountain Provincial Park. The work is slated to be completed by the start of the 2020 camping season.

The announcement comes on the heels of the completion of other upgrades at Moose Mountain Provincial Park. Those include an expansion to the water system, as well as electrical upgrades and expansion to the campgrounds.
